Chelsio T520-SO-CR vs T520-CR

Wonder what performance difference exists because of the RAM on the 'CR' model. The 'SO-CR' is substantial cheaper and it would be a pricey and timely exercise to benchmark both myself as I've need two of each kind. Has anyone done any testing and can share any data?

As I understand, main difference is in support for advanced offload features, such as offload for TCP (TOE), iSCSI, FCoE, etc. At this point of all those optional features FreeNAS supports only TOE. On my tests (though on FreeBSD head, not FreeNAS) it indeed gave some performance improvements, but I doubt it worth additional $500 on NIC price. I would better spend them on more RAM.
