Changing language removes expand/collapse function

I have tried this on several installs now, on various releases of Freenas.....slightly annoying when expand/collapse dissapeares leaving me with a limited set of configuration options.
Any idea what I am doing wrong ? On releases before 8.3 b2 changing the timezone also created hell, but this seems ok now
