change train from nightly to stable?

Hey

I somehow managed to change train from 9.10 stable to 11 nightly, It does not matter what version i have only that it is stable, so how can i change from nigthly to 11 stable?

Reboot the system into a boot environment from before you went to nightly. That way it will let you pick the 11-stable train.

how to switch from fn11 nightlies to fn11 stable ?

i dont have a boot environment from before nightlies.
the way was

corral > fn11 nightlies.
