Can't mount NFS in a specific subnet

Hello,

I have a NFS share on a bare-metal server (192.168.2.xxx subnet DC).
I can't mount it on office subnet 192.168.3.xxx (I get timeout), but I can mount on our office 200km away over VPN (192.168.4.xxx | 192.168.5.xxx).

It's NFSv4.
I tried TCPDump on gateway, but no packages from our client on our gateway.
We tried to disable all the firewall, same problem.

I don't understand, I can telnet 111,2049, I can ping, but I can't mount.
