Can't install Veeam on virtual machine , issue with SQL

Hi Everyone....
i try to install Veeam on VM and every time is crashes because SQL cant start the serveice....
the OS is Windwos 10

i really tired from this issue.... can someone can help me please?

Pay particular attention to the 512 byte sector size. Apparently 4K is the default and may be blocking SQL from starting.
