Can't delete some jails?

I can't delete my Plex jail
I've even gone in to the storage section in jails and deleted all storage mappings (I'm sure there used to be a bug, disallowing jail deletion if storage still existed?)
Still no luck, highlight it, hit delete - prompt comes up, hit yes, it remains.

Anyone else seeing this?

Also the delete icon is ENTIRLY missing for my crashplan jail, so I can't remove that at all?

Do you get any errors in the console "window" at the bottom? They're rather hard to see before they disappear.

Unfortunately, I do not, just a "jail successfully deleted" up the top.
FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 (561f0d7a1) (latest) as per my signature, hardware, as per my signature.

Is there something else I can do?

Obviously, I can't even produce an error log or message for crashplan, it literally is lacking the delete icon, so I can't fault it - I simply can't delete it at all.

Interestingly, just noticed both, do not have storage datasets.

Is your crashplan jail a standard or plugin jail? If it is a plugin jail (created by adding the plugin), then there isn't typically a delete icon for the jail. You delete the jail by deleting the plugin.

I'm not sure why you can't delete your plex jail if you delete the jail under storage and in the jail section?

Do you have other jails that you want to maintain? If not, you could try to delete all by destroying the jails dataset under storage. That should also destroy your warden, and you can start again if you want.

If there are other jails you want to keep, though, I wouldn't do that. And before doing anything radical always backup your data.

I don't see snapshots for them.
There's no storage for them on the drive
There's no storage mappings

Screen shots would be nice so we can actually see what you are talking about. A debug file could help also, I have a feeling there are lots of hidden problems with your system.

Forgot to add above -- make sure the jail is turned off when you try to delete its dataset. I don't think you can delete the dataset if the jail is running.

OK, good, that would explain the issue with the crashplan jail. You should be able to destroy that jail simply by deleting the crashplan plugin.

On attempt to delete the plex jail. It's listed in the jail listing but the actual jail store for it has been nuked (by me, manually perhaps? I'm not sure)

So it looks like the jails section of the UI simply has an entry that shoudln't be there.
(Upgraded to 11 and it's still doing this btw)

Open up the SQL lite database and edit the jails. You like using the cli so this should be simple.

I've used MySQL console, briefly with Kodi - I know how to drop a table but.... I assume this is a row (?) that needs to be dumped?
