Cant Access Transmission Web Interface

I recently put together a FreeNAS machine and installed Transmission following this tutorial. However when I try to access the web interface (located at 192.168.1.2:9091) I get the error: "This site cant be reached. 192.168.1.2 refused to connect." For reference I am currently running FreeNAS 9.10 and Transmission 2.92.

Any advice on how I can solve this issue? Thanks

Has the plugin been turned to ON using the screen shown in Figure 12.1.3: http://doc.freenas.org/9.10/plugins.html#installing-plugins?

UPDATE: I stepped away from my computer (about 2 hrs.) and when I cam back everything was working just fine, weird but I'm not complaining.
