Everytime I try it gives me the UEFI interactive shell don't know what to do from there
I stumbled upon a post previously that address how to handle the situation with Linux so I'm not sure if Windows would be similar or not.
Essentially you can just type 'exit' at the prompt. When you drop into the bios, select the option to boot from file.
This is where you will have to do some research. For Linux I had to locate the EFI file which was in /boot/EFI/somethingsomething. You may try your luck to see if you can find something similar in the Windows world.
