Cannot delete file from freenas share

I have followed the steps explained in 7.3.2 Configuring Anonymous Access in the freenas 8.3 manual.

In W7x64, I can see the freenas share and can copy a file to it. However, once there, I am unable to delete the file; I get the Windows error 'You need permission from FREENAS/guest to make changes to this file'.

After this happened the first time, I wiped the disk, and deleted the user guest, and started again. I rebooted freenas before performing the file copy. Still the same.

Any ideas?

Account - Users - guest
select the tick boxes in Home Directory Mode relating to read write execute.
