Cannot Create new user

New TrueNAS user.
Version:
TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1

this is a fresh install of Scale. I have set up a pool and I am attempting to add a new user. I put in all the required info and the save button to complete the config is grayed out. not sure what I am missing if anything to get this to work. I have tried giving it a home directory, creating a home directory, giving it different groups and no luck getting the save button to work.

I've tried to reproduce with the screenshot fields populated you showed above but cannot reproduce this issue. As we will probably need more specifics please report a bug (link at top of the forums) once created a private file up load link will be provided, if you can provide the debug and any additional details that would be great

I am sorry for the delay in this. I just got back from a extended work trip. I just tried adding a new user and it is allowing me to do it now. not sure what happened since nothing has changed since I posted this. this can be marked complete I guess. thanks for the help!
