Cannot connect after upgrade to 9.3-stable 201509160044

I have upgraded from 9.3-stable 201506292332 to 9.3-stable 201509160044 after reboot I get these messages

Freenas alert.py: [system.alert:194] Alert module ‘<replication_status.ReplicationSastusAlert object at 0x80ad50d10>’ failed: no such column: storage_replication.repl_followdelete
Freenas alert.py: [system.alert:194] Alert module ‘<samba4.Samba4Alert object at 0x80ad50d90>’ failed: table system_systemdataset has no column named sys_uuid_b

I cannot SHH to FreeNAS, can’t access it through browser nor, I cannot access any applications such as OwnCloud or Plex.

What can I do?

Did you figure this out? If not, did you happen to restore a config from a NIGHTLY instead of a STABLE?

Thex were both from stable.
I even took a new USB, installed lastest stable FreeNAS, but it did not manage to aplly the config. I tried through GUI (to upload the config), but it failed everytime.
