cannot add jail - collect url fails...

Hi all,
I am new to this and noticed the add jail collect url is broken? how to add just a basic BSD jail?

when i try to add jail i Get huge exceltion report titled this:
Request Method: POST

Request URL: http:// [MY LAN IP]/admin/jails/jails/add/

Exception Type: DoesNotExist

Exception Value:
Jail matching query does not exist

Exception Location: /usr/local/www/freenasUI/../freenasUI/jails/queryset.py in get, line 152

Server time: Tue, 11 Oct 2016 14:10:44 -0400

I did not save the collect url from configuration page (my fault).
i have been browsing ftp pub and just started changing the collect url....

last lines of exception report:
Exception Type: DoesNotExist at /admin/jails/jails/add/
Exception Value: Jail matching query does not exist

I assume the collect url is broken on Freenas server side?

Just want to know if anyone else running 9.10.1-U2 is having the same trouble or if add jail works for them?
