Can you add commands to be run with boot?

Because of the premium hardware I'm running I need to add these lines if I reboot or so, is there a way to make it remember them?
Its not like I reboot everyday but it would be nice to forget about typing the commands :)


kFreeBSD.machdep.disable_msix_migration=1
kFreeBSD.hint.hpet.0.per_cpu=0
kFreeBSD.hint.hpet.0.clock=0
