I have set up crashplan and everything worked perfectly, until I activated "Require password to access CrashPlan app"

See here: (a) http://support.code42.com/CrashPlan/Latest/Configuring/Security

No matter wich password I enter, I always get "the information you entered is incorrect". I even changed the password a few times, logged on to the website, confirmed the password, even changed it to "abc" to make absolutely sure I entered it correctly. But the error just keeps coming.

I already tried to access from my Linux and my Mac, the error is always the same.

Does anyone of you get the same error? Do you even use the feature?

Can I disable this feature somehow? Is there a config file that I can edit?

Problem solved:

It seems to be a problem with the crashplan servers. As soon as I change my password, I can not log in anymore, not even from the webbrowser. If I request a new passoword via email and keep the password suggested by crashplan, it works perfectly, even on freenas. So it is not a freenas specific problem!

Edit: Crashplan seems to have fixed the problem, everything works perfectly now.
