I'll hopefully be upgrading to TrueNAS 12.0-U5 in a few days, but I am currently on FreeNAS 11.3-U5.
The other day I had da3 drop off my main pool with
FreeNAS was accidentally shut off while there were operations in progress over NFS. Could this have been the cause?

The other day I had da3 drop off my main pool with
FAULTED 3 54 0 too many errors . I checked the smart output and there were no errors or reallocated sectors - everything looked normal. I ran a long smart test, and there were no errors, so I cleared the error, re-silvered the pool., and did a scrub, and the pool returned to health, but there were a couple of checksum errors ONLINE 0 0 2 . For good measure I ran another scrub, folowed by a second long smart test. Both completed with no errors. I later checked my dmesg, and got the output below. I also did a power off/restart to see if the dmesg errors returned - and everything was normal, the errors did not return.FreeNAS was accidentally shut off while there were operations in progress over NFS.
