Build failure in attempts to build 8.3 Beta or trunk (Missing Distfiles)

I am currently attempting to build 8.3.0-BETA1 or the trunk and they both appear to fail at the same point.
The build is attempting to fetch cli_freebsd_10.2.1_9.5.4.zip first from ftp://hosting.lissyara.su/ which requires a username and password and then from ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org where it does not seem to exist.

The port it is stopping in is sysutils/tw_cli.

Is there something I am missing here or is this possibly an error with the build?

I am am able to build 8.2.0 stable without any issues.

This issue has already been addressed a few days ago, you need to start a fresh build because the patch tw_cli wont reapply.

I have checked out the latest trunk version and can confirm that the build is going through fine! Thank you all! :)
