I am running the build environment in FreeBSD 11.2 running inside VMWare. The FreeBSD is running with 100 GB space, 4GB RAM. MY system is a laptop with corei7 8th Gen with 8GB RAM.
I am trying to build FreeNAS in FreeBSD 11.2 Virtual Machine.
Issue (1) :
It is throwing error : /usr/bin/ld: final link failed: No space left on device
I have 100 GB space provided to the FreeBSD and FreeNAS has occupied only 28GB of it. approx. 2 GB is occupied by FreeBSD. How come it is showing no space left.
The swap space to it is of 4GB.
How to check the space usage during compilation ?
Issue (2) :
It shows
!!! Jail is newer than host. (Jail: 1102506, Host: 1102000) !!!
!!! This is not supported. !!!
!!! Host kernel must be same or newer than jail. !!!
!!! Expect build failures. !!!
How can I go back to old Jail?
