bug: ibg0 switching from 1gbit to 100mbit?

hello,
while running TrueNAS-13.0-U2; it randomly changed multiple times ibg0 1gbit iface to 100mbit; the only fix i found is to reboot truenas.
Any idea how can i change it back to 1gbit without reboot? Is that a bug?

I'd check cables (and the switch) first.
