Welcome everyone, i'm new.
My question is: how can i install and boot FreeNAS from raidz? (system and data on this same zfs raidz - 3 x HDD 500 GB SATA)
You can't. FreeNAS loads nearly all of its settings, including partitioning etc. from it's database, which loads too late to load the OS from raidz. It's intended to be booted from a USB flash drive.
How can I make FreeNAS boot from plain UFS partition on one of disks RAIDZ? Disks will be divided as follows: |FreeNAS partition 1 | FreeNAS part. 2 |FreeNAS part. 3 |FreeNAS part. 4 | freebsd-zfs|
Why do you want to?
FreeNAS is not designed to do that; it is designed to boot from a separate drive (USB memory stick), just like protosd told you.
If you need to do it "your way", try something else than FreeNAS (FreeBSD comes to mind).
