Hi,
my boot disk failed, I guess due to a power failure (this happened at the same time my UPS told me to replace the battery. A new one is ordered)
I have now replaced the boot drive and reinstalled FreeNAS, was able to import thepool and see the data on it.
However, I didn't backup the FreeNAS configuration itself for a very long time (I know...). Now I would like to restore the old config from the failed drive. I have connected the drive to FreeBSD 12.1 on Virtualbox via USB.
These are the errors I am seeing after connecting (similar to what I saw on the server):
On Linux, I would start with fsck and work my way through to be able to mount the disc, but I am lost on FreeBSD.
How can I access the data, and ideally find the last config? Which tools can I use?
Thanks for any pointers you can give me.
