Block the web access of one of the network cards

hello everyone!

being new to the deep configuration of this system I have come across the following question.

Is it possible to block the web access of one of the network cards?

I have segmented the network so that one network card will be in the subnet with a virtualization server and different servers and the other subnet is the home zone where I only want to see the shared resources but not access the web interface.
