System definitions are in my signature. Yes, I did update to 11.1-U6 today. I have noticed this in earlier version, but it really leapt out at me today. Both of the FreeNAS's are defined as NFS data stores in ESXi. I was doing Vmotion from one data store to another, and I noticed there was a pretty significant different in the network reporting statistics between the sending and receiving unit. Both units have a LACP LAGG facing the storage network.
Here is the sending host:
Here is the receiving host:
The maximums are pretty close, but the receiver floats around 2G most of the time where the sender thinks it is putting out around 4G. What gives?
Edit: The data was coming from the D2600 pool on the sending unit.
