Best way to setup 2 pc's 1 iSCSi target

So I'm trying to find out the best way to set this up, I wont be using them at the same time but if that's possible it would be a nice bonus. I'm going to use it as a shared game library, the reason im not using a smb share is because of permission issue's with battle eye. All tips & tricks would be appreciated
