Best Disk power settings

Hi all,

After playing around for a month with TrueNAS, I finally built the "final" setup and it's as follows:
a Mini-ITX J5005 MB with 16GB of RAM
3 pools as follows:
SSD (mirror):
2x 480GB SSDs of different brands

Storage (Raid z2):
4x 4Tb (3 Ironwolf + 1 WD Red Pro)

Backup
Just an external HDD to store my personal folder with my photos etc


Now I wanted to play around with the best settings for HDD power management however I'm a little bit lost and I would like to hear from you guys. The server is mainly used for plex and storage
