Backup from FreeNAS server to NAS4Free server

Hi

I have an older HP Microserver running NAS4Free due to only 4gb ram.
I would like to back up my photos and other important data from my FreeNAS server.
Was thinking of using rsync but cant see how to config it no place to put in an IP?
I will only power the NAS4Free up when backup is done.
