Good afternoon friends,
I have a DVR brand TecVoz model T1-STVI16 / S. This equipment has the option of nethdd, to backup the cameras on a NAS. I've virtualized the freenas 9.10.1-U4 in Vmware and set up a 10GB share on NFS unix for testing. The DVR finds the share via ip, but when I try to format an error message: Initialization error. Anyone know what I can do to solve it? Thank you

Because a prerequisite for using a device in the DVR is to format it to be able to use it.

For a NFS share? Not really,

maybe you just have wrong permissions to write to the share.

Is there any way to remove the permissions? Or where do I go to add permissions? Thanks

You can't remove permissions.
Try to set dataset to root:wheel (should already) and set in the nfs share (your 4.png) the first map root to nfs.
Maybe try from a different client to mount and write to the share.

Hello snaptec. Is it to put nfs on this screen? I could not find it. Thanks

root:wheel should be ok.
The same should be set unter storage for your dataset (should already be root:wheel) and try again
