auto Email for CPU and RAM beyond 85% utilization

We are using FreeNAS-9.10.2-U1 !!!

We configured Email setting [System, Email].
Is there any possibility to configure auto Email alerts for CPU or RAM beyond 85% utilization.

In general, don't you want FreeNAS to use RAM for ARC?

Whether we use ARC or not, i am trying to configure If CPU or RAM utilization will cross beyond some percentage [ex 85%], FreeNAS should send email alert. [

HI there,

I can see where you're going, but FreeNAS really wants to use ALL the RAM available for ARC and other things. Similar to a database server, that will use all the RAM to cache the DB.
So that will really not alert of anything bad or suspicious.

On the other had creating a script to alert you when SWAP is being used is not a bad idea, because that will point out that something bad is happening.
