I keep getting (are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties) when copying tv episodes in MP4 format to my nas. This does not happen when i copy movie or mp3 to the nas even if the movie file is MP4, How can i stop this.

I get this also and figure it's just attributes set on the file in a NTFS filesystem and that attribute isn't supported over smb. In open to hearing the actual reason though.

That warning means that there are NTFS data streams that won't copy over to ZFS. This is normal and unless you know you need those data streams, they are safe to lose. I've never met anyone that cared about the streams. ;)

You just have to be careful not to cross them...
