apps stuck on deploying after reboot, sometimes - delay docker startup after reboot

Hi

i have read all the threads i can find about apps sometimes stuck in deploying state.
to me it looks like applications are starting before the system or storage is ready

error is often unable to write config files or accessing any other kind of config files.
all apps are using PVS storage type.


is there a way to delay kubernetes or separate containers from starting to soon?
since they all start if they are stopped and started again a minute or 2 after boot.
