Apple shares permisions

I have problems with apf shares and my mac computer, i have the pools with standard default file system on new truenas 12, all fine, but when its time to move or copy files from mac to nas or to nas to mac, it seems like some files don't want to move/copy.

The permisions on my mac are de default on latest version, my name of user, and the permisions of truenas are my name and a password, is possible to unify the names on two sites to avoid problems?
