I updated from FreeNAS 11.3 to TrueNAS 13 and now my NAS drive shows the wrong capacity under Windows 10 but the data is still there and accessible:

When I browse the drive and check the properties of all folders it will show the correct size of the data:

When FreeNAS was installed, the display was correct.
How can I fix that?

Thats a ton of files. It could be simply be that it gets tired of plowing thru 1.2 million files and 170,000 directories to decipher. Im not saying thats the issue, but do any other disks mounted from this system do this?

So I just noticed that my music directory while much smaller than yours on a windows box also reports the wrong capacity, but the other values seem correct. Other disks do seem correct though. Maybe a windows pro can help you. I never noticed it before.
