AFTER 9.2.1.4 Upgrade cant save files to CIFS

I just did the upgrade to 9.2.1.4 and it appeared to be a success however we are unable to save files to any of the shares.

When we try to save we get an error on the windows PC that says "access denied. contact your administrator."

When I look in the directory after a failed attempt there is a "203e9165.tmp" file and some other .tmp files in the directory from failed attempts to save. All files have o KB.

The odd thing is that I can drag or drop a file to the shared folder, copy and paste to the shared folder but i cant save to the shared folder.

I went and checked the shared groups, and the user permissions and they are all correct.

Can someone please help us?

Update : I can also open files but if I try to over write an existing file I get a message stating it is read only. If I try a new file name i am told access denied. Everything worked great prior to the upgrade. When I use windows to look at the security it says I only have read and special permissions but in Freenas it shows that i have read, write, execute

That sounds like you're using Unix permissions. Changing to Windows permissions should fix the issue.
