AFP Sharing Issues After Updating from FreeNas10

Hey all,

Beginner user here. I had this working previously, but the system has since crashed and I've had to do a clean install of FreeNas11 from FreeNas10.

I can read files, but can't write via AFP...so, suspecting permissions issue. Problem is that I've checked every box I can think of. Any ideas?

I'm on FreeNAS 11.2-U3

Here are my settings for my volume/AFP settings (both the directory and the Group are named LeeFam):

Grp:

ls -lo:

cd into descry:
