admin in shell

I was just trying to edit loader.conf but I can't save file, don't have permission.
How can I login as admin and be able to make changes to config files?

Type mount -uw / first else your filesystem is read only.

so elevate your privileges, type 'su' you'll get a # instead of a $ for the start of each line.

you'll also need to mount the file system as writable too, as above.
