Adding hotspare after the fact ?

Running a TrueNAS 12.0-U7 core server in a relatively inaccessible location I’d like to add a hotspare drive during an upcoming visit to the DC.

I am most likely missing something but I can’t seem to find a documentation as of how to perform this task. Any pointer appreciated !
