Add ext 4 disk

I have a disk used for recoded video which is formatted in ext4

I'd like to take it out of the machine it's in and place it in my freenas box

Is there anyway to add it to my system without trashing the data?

Back up and re format would be the end of the world but time consuming

TL;DR, don't bother. Copy the data to your NAS from the other machine.
