add 6 new drives

I have a 6 1TB drives currently running. I bought 6 more 2TB drives and I would like to add them to my storage array. I dont want the 2TB to be shrinked down to 1TB. I am currently running in my 1TB array raidz2.

How can I accomplish this without destroying my data?

Expand your pool with a new vdev of the 6 new drjves. Your pool capacity will grow by the amount determined by the layout of your new vedev.

The only time drives are limited to the smallest drives is when they are in the same vdev.
