Adaptec 2610SA RAID card.

I'm new to FreeNAS and wondered if the above card could be used to connect 6 HDDs to my prospective system, and if it can which driver would be required (Linux, Unix, redhat, etc)?

I'm looking to use FreeNAS 11.

Nope. Anything with Adaptec on the box should be summarily recycled.
