AD Group Permissions resets every Reboot

Every time I reboot my SMB permissions are dropped. If I view the permissions as an AD Admin I see permission groups like S$3-329443-180401-4300013. But until I delete the ACL and re-add it nobody can access anything.

I ran:

midclt call core.get_jobs | jq

Nothing seems to be out of order. And I'm not sharing the dataset into a Truechart.
