BUILD About to pull the trigger on a ~100TB build, looking for input

What about 3 Z2 vdevs of 8 drives each? 2 vdevs would have 8TB drives, 1 vdev would have 4TB drives. I know it's disregarding the 2^n + 2 rule, but it's only a personal media server...

Oh wow, very interesting... That makes my decision easier, I'll go with 3 Z2 vdevs of 8 drives each and set the recordsize value to 1M.
