First of all, this problem has plagued many people. Through contact with APPLE, they think it is a problem of NAS manufacturers, and NAS manufacturers do not recognize that their SMB has problems. As a user, this makes him feel very sad.
After several days of testing, I found some problems in macos smblog. I don't know if my guess is correct. The following is my macos smblog.
I use FCPX to edit PRORES422 video in macos, SMB will exit unexpectedly when encountering multi-track video, FCPX will also become unresponsive, but the speed of copying files can reach 1GB/S (because I use 10GB Network), reading and writing files will not disconnect the SMB. I sincerely hope that someone can care about this issue.

I don't know if the SMB disconnection is related to it. This is what I found in APPL.

which version of FreeNAS/TrueNAS are you using? @anodos has made some fixes that should be out with -U2 (this week, unless something bad is discovered). He can provide you with a patch which might solve your issues.
For me I saw a lot of smb errors in the TrueNAS console, and my Catalina had issues with SMB + Time Machine. Other than that my Sonos couldn't use my shares anymore (with SMB1 enabled). The patch fixed the issues for me, so if you haven't got it already, wait for -U2 or poke @anodos for the patch.

Thank you for your reply. I am currently using a 12.1 system. I have also tried replacing 11.3-U5 to make sure that this problem also exists. It may be caused by sock_receivembuf. Don't know if it's right
