Hi all,
I just wanted to publicly say thanks to the folks at the TrueCharts Discord. I was rather skeptical concerning the feasibility of Discord as a medium, but much of that was of course personal preference. I really hate synchronous communication for technical issues. Ticket systems and forums are THE WAY ...
Well, they found a way to implement a ticket system inside Discord by creating a new private channel for each new support case.
And generally they are no less knowledgable and supportive than the general crowd over here.
So thanks for the experience that was eye-opening. If you just like me hate platforms like Discord and you do have a problem with TrueCharts - give yourself a nudge and give them a try. It's worth it.
