I installed freenas in december. I tried to install 9.2 (both 32 and 64 bit) then but the computer restarted during boot, so I installed 9.1 (64 bit) and that worked fine.
But today I did a update to 9.2.1.6 (64 bit) and i got the same problem agin, Freenas restarts during boot.
I see in the boot process that the last print before restart is "eval: /usr/local/bin/VBoxManage: not found"
Also some of the last prints says that "omni timer is not supported, falling back to synchronous mode" and "failed precmd routine for vmware_guestd"

Please read the forum rules: http://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/forum-rules.1/

We need more information from rule #3. While you listed item 1 on that list, at a minimum, we'd need to know #2 and #3.
Sorry, I thought the booting error message was really the problem.

Anyway here is the info:
Amd Athlon 64 X2 Dual core 5000+ 2600Mhz
Asus M2A-VM http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2AVM/
AMD 690G Chipset
ATI SB600 Graphics
RTL8111b Gigabit LOM Ethernet Controller for PCI Express
2X Kingston KVR667D2N5/1G (2Gb RAM)

I tried to use diskinternals linuxreader to get the booting log out, but i can not read the flash.

Look at the system requirements. You need more RAM.
