I'm selling a 4-bay FreeNAS Mini computer with 4 x 4TB drives and a NEC 17" monitor. It's an Intel Core i5 2.9Ghz machine with 16GB of RAM. It works perfectly and makes for a great ZFS media server; I just switched to directly-attached storage for my current setup. Asking $600, and buyer pays shipping and any PayPal fees.

It's an Intel Core i5
Is this the way it came from the factory? It looks odd, because i5 processors don't support ECC memory and would not be a suggested option for a FreeNAS build.

It is. I can probably find the receipt in my email archive if you need. The only thing I didn't purchase from iX were the drives.

I can vouch for the OP. The first generation FreeNAS Minis did not come ECC capable. Neither the motherboards nor the CPUs used in them supported ECC.

Yeah, I remember the old Mini. The current one was a huge deal back when it was released because it actually supported ECC.
