What ever happened to this release, I haven't seen it on bug tracker for couple of weeks and it hasn't been released.

You could update 11.2-U4 from webinterface now, as it was announced in JIRA.

After upgrading, I found that a bunch of buttons were not working and some graphics were missing as well. I had to clear my browser cache to get everything looking right.

U4 has messed up the jail mount points...
