There's stuff sprinkled around about what 10G cards are supported in FreeNAS. Since there seems to be a lot of questions about what works and what doesn't, I thought I'd post what I have experience with and perhaps others will as well.
I know that the Honorable Developers ship Chelsio based cards on their commercial products.
My own $dayjob uses SolarFlare based cards (SFN5192) and Chelsio (S320E-CR) without issues.
FreeBSD 9.2 also supports intel 10G via the ixgbe driver, my home machine has an Intel X520, which is currently stricken by the ixgbe TSO problem.

I bought a solar flare card for my home machine and ditched the Intel until the bugs are solved.
