Well, to be fair, not a Cobia issue as you couldn't on previous version either. It's not just a name, it's used in Kubernetes for various things. I just deleted the app and re-created it when I made a typo once.
Unfortunately, that doesn't work (which I guess is in itself another bug... a bit one).
Jira doesn't allow creating bugs for guests, and trying to log in and authenticate on that project doesn't lead anywhere (i.e. nothing happens).
So, effectively, the devs are locking out anyone not on the project to report bugs.

You also cant change apps custom locations. Is there a quick fix for this? Can I edit path using cli? Cant really wait until they fix this bug and reinstalling apps will be humongous pain for me
This isn't universally the case; I'm able to add/remove/change host paths without issue. Has anyone filed a ticket on this? Ah, yes, looks like they have:
The latter ticket suggests it's specific to certain apps, all of which are the "official" apps. Trying it on the official Jellyfin, I see the problem there. So it looks like less a problem with Cobia as such than a problem with a handful of broken apps.
Additional datapoint: A few days ago I took an existing Atlassian account and registered it with the TrueNAS jira. At the time I experienced the same thing; even after registration, everything seemed to be in read-only mode. Since then I've restarted my browser. I just tried again, and now I have sufficient access to comment on tickets, so I'm chalking it up to Jira flakiness, which has been increasing over the years.
