I get an error when starting the virtual machine in vnc. I have version 13 of TrueNas.

Just gonna point out first, that was is posted in the TrueNAS Scale sub forum and you might want to ask a mod to move it.
In TNScale, port 5800+ is the web_ui for VNC, and port 5900+ is for VNC_clients to connect. I never ran VMs in TNCore so I am not sure exactly, sorry. Maybe it's still similar in TNCore, but try either port 5800+ in the browser or 5900+ with a VNC client like Tiger_VNC_Viewer - actual_download_page

Try changing your resolution. The web VNC is very picky about resolutions. Always start with 800x600, if possible. Better yet, use a real VNC client instead of the web VNC.
