When using Microsoft 365 tools, how do you backup your data?

Anybody can help me on how to backup my data using the microsoft 365 tools? I just really need your opinions and help guys. Any given tips and steps would be helpful. Thanks.

To backup your Microsoft 365 data

- Install Veeam Backup Community Edition (free for up to 10 accounts)
- Add your TrueNAS server as a backup repository for Veeam.

If you want an all-in-one solution you can even run Veeam in a virtual machine on TrueNAS.

Do you wan to imply that your data is stored on OneDrive or that you are using Office 365? Are you using the corporate or "private" edition?

Currently, yes. Been so for at least the ~6 years I have been using it. Works well, a restore is a breeze.
