Combine access AD and ACL user

it's possible to combine for share AD users access/permission and user setting directly on truenas?

We need to have a "superadmin" user for access to share saved on truenas, not on AD

Local users can be created. They authenticate to shares via <NetBIOS Name of Server>\<username> in AD environments. Just make them members of the local "builtin_administrators" group, and grant said group access to the shares in question via ACL manager.
